JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for developing and executing promotional activities (BTL) within the community associated with BRAC Kumon Ltd. with the purpose of increasing engagement and building trust among the community members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute targeted promotional initiatives Below The Line (BTL) aligned with the company's objectives and ensure they reflect and enhance the brand image.
• Conduct market research and collect insights from the customers to identify new opportunities for brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including community leaders, local organizations, and government agencies to represent the company professionally and consistently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content & messaging and timely execution of activation initiatives. Prepare a proper budget for activation to ensure cost-effectiveness and regularly monitor expenses against budget.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign results and insights with development needs for management to review.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the safety of different Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Strong knowledge in brand management, target customer mapping, Below The Line (BTL) marketing
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and presentation skills with proven critical thinking
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university (preferably in Marketing and Fine Arts)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
