Educational qualification

At least second class Master's Degree in Journalism. At least 5 years of work experience in a public relations organization with the ability to plan and oversee all publications, exhibitions and special notices generally produced by the public relations organization. Must have the ability to produce news and feature stories for media publication. Proof, supervision of lessons and preparation of designs shall be considered as additional qualifications. Post Graduate/Degree, 8 years of experience in security work in a large organization.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (SEDL) or Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience. Degree in any Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in civil works supervision and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in related field. OR Diploma in Automotive Engineering from a recognized institution.

Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience in related field.

Conditions:

1. Candidate's age limit is 18-30 years as on 30.04.2024 (In case of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters' sons and daughters and physically challenged, the age limit is 32 years and the age limit of the candidate will be determined as per the instructions of the Ministry of Public Administration. Affidavit is not acceptable for proof of age.

2. Candidate's name, father's and mother's name, permanent and present address (including mobile/phone number), date of birth, own district, educational qualification, national identity card or birth registration certificate number, experience reference and date and signature of the following documents should be attached in the application form.

(a) 3 (three) copies of passport size attested photographs taken recently.

(b) Attested photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration.

(c) Attested photocopy of educational qualification and experience certificate.

(d) Attested photocopy of Citizen Certificate (Citizenship Certificate issued by concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Mayor of Municipality). (e) Bank Draft/Pay-Order (irrevocable) of Tk 500/- (Five Hundred) from any commercial bank payable to Chairman BRTC, 21 Rajuk Avenue, Dhaka-1000.

(f) If the candidate is the son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr or the son-daughter of a son-daughter, the certificate of that freedom fighter/martyr, duly signed by the competent authority and the attested copy of the certificate must be submitted to the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward. Citizenship certificate issued by Councillor/Municipal Mayor or Councilor should be attached with the application form. Moreover, if applying for other quotas, it must be mentioned along with the application form along with necessary proofs.

(g) Applications will not be accepted after the due date.

(h) Photocopies of all required certificates must be attested by a Class I (Gazetted/Non-Gazetted) Officer.

3. The application should reach the office of the undersigned by direct/courier service/post during office hours by 30.04.2024 AD. 4. Quotas and other rules/orders and formalities prescribed by the Government regarding filling up of vacancies will be observed/followed.

5. The name of the post and the name of the candidate's own district should be mentioned on the envelope.

6. Candidates who have applied for the post mentioned in Serial No. 6 as per the Corporation's Recruitment Circular Memorandum No.-35.04.0000.011.00.490(Part-1)/23-1219, Dated: 17.05.2023 AH need not apply again.

7. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in written/oral examination.

8. Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of appearing in the oral examination.

9. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase/cancel the number of posts. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
